Kuya JC Fried Chicken Dine-in package varies depending on the floor area of the site. A seating capacity of up to 50 customers can be accommodated from a 75sqm floor area. Whereas, if you are targeting to accommodate around 75 to 100 customers, a 100 to 120 sqm floor area of a store site is needed.
Store Renovations
All expenses related to building the store, such as those for painting, electrical work, piping, counter tables, and other construction-related tasks, shall be borne entirely by the franchisee.
Construction and renovation are not included in the package.
Salary and rent: The franchisee will be responsible for paying the rent and employee salaries.
The franchisee will operate under the trade name "JC Express Fried Chicken," but will be liable for
all license fees.

Supplies and Logistics
The company will pay the logistics costs for the initial products that are included in the package.
The franchisee will be responsible for the logistics fee for the product's repeat purchases.
The franchisee is not permitted to purchase the aforementioned items from other suppliers, with
the exception of the chicken, and will only receive supplies of breading mix, powder mix, gravy mix,
buffalo sauces, burger patties, and spag sauce, as well as other products that are served from the
menu.

The SRP for JC Products varies according to the location of the store, particularly for those who are
renting and those who are situated in a mall.
